Bronze Pool Service

$135/Month

Ideal for pool owners who don’t want to hassle with testing the pool water or transporting and storing corrosive chemicals. This service includes:

  • Test water weekly for proper chemical balance and sanitation within generally accepted swimming pool industry standards
  • We check chlorine, pH, and alkalinity weekly. Cyanuric acid (spring, mid-summer & as needed) and Calcium hardness (spring, early winter & as needed)
  • Empty skimmer baskets, pool sweep bags, and pump basket
  • Maintain digital service records sent via email after each visit

Silver Pool Service

$165/Month

This service ensures the water is balanced correctly and the pool system is working efficiently. This service includes:

  • Includes all Bronze Service features +
  • Brush the tile line, steps, and walls
  • Clean the large cartridge filters (1-2 times per year)
  • Adjust pool cleaners
  • Inspect pool equipment for proper performance and advise customers of needed repairs
  • Make seasonal adjustments or recommendations for timer box settings

Gold Pool Service

$205/Month

​For the pool owner who wants to just relax and enjoy their pool. This service includes:

  • Includes all Bronze and Silver Service features +
  • Skim and remove all debris from pool top & bottom
  • Vacuum pool when needed
  • Pools must have an operational automatic cleaner in pool
  • Most of all, enjoy a worry free swimming pool

Additional Service Plan Information

  • *Monthly cost covers all chemicals including chlorine, chlorine tabs, salt, muriatic acid, sodium bicarbonate, and calcium.
  • Not included are conditioner, phosphate remover, stain and scale preventative, and algaecide (if caused by heavy use of the pool, i.e. swim parties, pets, etc.)
  • There is a one-time $40 annual fee for conditioner/stabilizer/clarifier in Spring due to swimming pools being exposed to high heat and sunlight.

Service ​Agreement

Please read the following Pool Service Agreement & complete the required form below:
*Payments are due by the 20th of each month, if payments are not received in full by the last day of the month a $30.00 late fee will be assessed. There is a $25.00 returned check fee that the customer is to cover.

*Filters will be broken down and cleaned twice a year, spring and fall at a charge of $125 if you choose Bronze Service and would still like your filters cleaned.

*The monthly rate covers chlorine, chlorine tabs, salt, Muriatic acid, sodium bicarbonate, and calcium. There are periodic times when there may be added chemical costs. These occur to enable your pool to remain at its highest level.

*There is a $40 annual fee for conditioner/stabilizer/clarifier in spring due to swimming pools being exposed to high heat and sunlight. *We will call for repairs and broken parts if the part/repair will be larger than $50.

*When raining or a holiday we will only check chemicals and baskets.

*Customer is responsible to maintain water level, ensure pool cover is removed on service day, keeping equipment area shrubbery trimmed back and equipment pad area accessible for service and/or repair. Aggressive dogs are to be left inside on service days or properly restrained.

*Under the terms of this agreement, Premier Pool Service will not be held responsible for any staining of plaster since plaster is composed of natural minerals. A certain amount of shading, staining, and color variation is to be expected. Different forms of staining do occur in all pools and with proper chemistry can be held to a minimum.

*This is a month-to-month service agreement.
