A native of Marlboro County and now a resident of Hartsville, James brings a strong sense of dedication and service to everything he does. He proudly served his country in both the Navy and the Army National Guard, and recently retired in April 2025 after a distinguished 28-year career in Law Enforcement, working as a Special Agent and K9 Handler with the Office of Inspector General.
James is passionate about delivering quality service and maintaining the highest standards in everything he takes on—values that are reflected in the way Premier Pool Service operates. He leads with integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
When he’s not hard at work keeping pools clean and customers happy, James enjoys traveling and discovering new places with his wife, Samantha. Together, they share a busy and fulfilling life with their three children, one grandchild, and five beloved dogs. As proud Gamecock fans, they also enjoy cheering on their favorite team at every opportunity.
